1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to HireCodePro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital products (including SaaS templates, Laravel starter kits, scripts, and plugins), and custom development services.
By accessing our platform or purchasing any item or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or purchase from HireCodePro.
2. Digital Product Purchases & Delivery
- Instant Digital Access: Upon successful payment completion, software downloads and access credentials are provided instantly via your order page and email notification.
- Product Accuracy & Updates: We aim to provide accurate documentation and maintain software compatibility. Updates to digital products are provided as described on the specific product details page.
- System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your server environment meets the software requirements (such as PHP versions, database systems, and dependencies) listed on the product detail page.
3. Intellectual Property & Software License
All software code, graphic designs, documentation, and materials provided on HireCodePro are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on the selected license tier (Standard or Extended).
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the source code with unauthorized third parties.

4. Custom Development & Consultation Services
For custom engineering projects, API integrations, and freelance engagements initiated via our Quote Request portal:
- Project milestones, scope of work, deliverables, and payment schedules are governed by individual project agreements signed prior to work commencement.
- Ownership of custom source code is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed invoice amount, unless otherwise specified.
5. Payment Processing & Security
All financial transactions are processed securely via industry-standard payment gateways such as Stripe. We do not store sensitive debit/credit card information directly on our servers. You agree to provide valid billing information when placing orders.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireCodePro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
