Software License Agreement

1. License Tiers & Grant of License

A. Standard License (Single End Product)

The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to:

• Use the item to create one (1) end product for yourself or for one client.
• Modify, adapt, or combine the source code with other software for your project.
• Deploy the end product to a single live production environment/domain.

B. Extended / Commercial License (Multiple / SaaS Product)

The Extended License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to:

• Use the item to create unlimited end products or a multi-tenant SaaS application where end-users pay a recurring subscription fee to use the platform.
• Use the code across multiple client projects or commercial deployments.
• Modify, refactor, and customize the source code as required for enterprise applications.

2. Restrictions & Prohibited Actions

Regardless of the license tier purchased, you MUST NOT:

• Resell or Redistribute: Re-sell, sub-license, share, donate, or distribute the raw source code, templates, or scripts, in whole or in part, on any marketplace, repository, or website.
• Extract Assets: Extract graphics, UI assets, or standalone code modules for separate redistribution.
• Claim Original Ownership: Claim copyright or original authorship of the un-modified source code.
• Open Source Publishing: Upload the source code to public code repositories (such as public GitHub or GitLab repositories). All repositories containing purchased code must be strictly private.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

HireCodePro retains all copyright, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the original source code, design files, and documentation. Rights not explicitly granted under this agreement are strictly reserved by HireCodePro.

4. Support, Bug Fixes & Updates

• Purchased licenses include free updates and patch releases for the specified version of the product as listed on the product page.
• Standard support covers assistance with initial setup and bug reporting. Custom modifications or third-party package integrations are not included under standard support.

5. Termination

This license agreement terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and permanently delete all copies of the source code in your possession.
